Dan 11:32 (KJV) ...the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

“Knowledge is power” is a popular proverb. It means that knowledge is more powerful than physical strength, and no great work can be done without knowledge. Knowledge is a powerful factor that empowers people to achieve great results. The more knowledge a person gains, the more powerful he becomes.

The same is true spiritually: strength and confidence in God is not determined by the number of years a person has been born again, or for how long he has been in church.

No great work can be done without knowledge. Confidence in God and great exploits in the kingdom are a product of knowledge of God. According to the scripture above, confidence in God and great exploits in the kingdom are a product of knowledge of God.

Give thought to the following three truths:

#1. Great exploits and divine strength are the preserve of the “knowers” of God. This means, no believer can do great exploits without knowing the Lord (Dan 11:32)

#2. An ignorant believer who remains ignorant is at the mercy of the devil’s devices. As long as the believer lives in darkness by the vehicle of ignorance, the devil has an advantage over that believer, no matter who he may be. (2 Cor. 2:11)

#3. Knowledge gives the believer the upper hand over the devices of the devil. That also means that, knowledge of God, through the scriptures, girds with strength from on high for great exploits.

Beloved, great exploits await you as you know the Lord. Know the Lord for yourself, and get ready for exploits!

Prayer : Father, in the name of Jesus, according to Dan 11:32, gird me with strength and launch me into a season of great exploits as I get to know You through Your word, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
