Psalm 67:5-6 “Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us.”

The opening scripture is a call for all of God's people to lift praises to Him, with the profound revelation that our praises will result in a positive outcome on earth, in our lives and our circumstances. We are left with no doubt with this bold declaration, "And God, even our own God, shall bless us".

The Scripture is replete with extraordinary achievements, great feats and supernatural manifestations that occurred as a result of praise and thanks to God. Here are three instances to give God praise:

1. Praising God for what He has done.
When one leper, out of the ten, realised he had been cleansed of his leprosy, he returned to give thanks to Jesus, and he was also made whole of his plague (Luke 17: 17-19). Beloved, instead of focusing on the present challenges you are facing, praise Him for what He has done for you and you will be rewarded with fullness and wholeness.

2. Praising God for future expectations.
Jesus expected Lazarus to rise from the dead, thus He praised and thanked God for it and Lazarus came back to life (John 21:41-44).
For the promise of his son, Abraham praised God continually in anticipation of that miracle (Romans 4:20).
Beloved, do not fret or be anxious about your expectations; rather, give God glory continually and He will deliver into your hands what you are believing for.

3. Praising Him amid difficult situations.
When the king of Judah, Jehoshaphat was faced with an army that had the potential of wiping out the entire nation, sought God and embraced a "praised strategy" which moved God to ambush their enemies for a great victory (2 Chronicles 20:15,20-24).

Precious one, a life that is full of praise is a life full of supernatural manifestations. Praise God for what He has done, for what He will do and praise Him even amid difficult situations, and you are guaranteed every time without exception the salvation and victory of the Lord.

Prayer: Heavenly Father, I thank You for all You have done for me and my family, I thank You for what You will do, and I thank You for the miracles you are bringing my way today, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
