Numbers 23:19 (NKJV) “God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?”

One of the life-changing ingredients we need in order to live the Christian life in its fullness is faith. Faith is simply knowing that God will do what He has said He will do and acting on it.
 
In other words, faith begins with a knowing and ends with a doing. However, until you know what God has promised, you can’t do much about it.
 
Here are three things to note about faith:
 
1. Faith can move mountains
If you believe what God has said about you, you will be able to overcome and even displace every obstacle. In Matthew 17:20 (NKJV) Jesus said to His disciples, “ ...‘Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.’”
 
2. Faith can accomplish greater works
Jesus promised that His disciples would do greater things than He did. The Bible says in John 14:12 (NKJV), “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.”
 
3. Faith makes impossibilities possible
Jesus makes us know that we must first believe, and then everything will be possible to us. Apostle Mark tells us in Mark 9:23 (NKJV), "Jesus said to him, ‘If you believe, all things are possible to him that believeth’”.
 
Precious one, faith is a powerful ingredient for our lives, because by faith we can move mountains, accomplish greater works, and do the impossible. Therefore, have faith!
